Walk To Canary Wharf

Guests were unanimous: The Canary Wharf & Docklands location is without a doubt the best thing about these apartments. They loved the shops, restaurants and bars within easy walking disance and appreciated the convenience of nearby transportation links. For many guests the location alone made the apartments a great base for visiting London.

Great For Larger Groups

The apartments worked especially well for those travelng in larger groups and families with small children. They found the lounge areas, additional bathrooms and kitchen facilities perfect for their needs.enjoyed relaxing in a home like setting after a day on the town.

Home Cooking

Dining out in London can be expensive and guests wanting to economise by preparing meals in the apartment appreciated nearby Tesco and Waitrose supermarkets. Most found the kitchens reasonably well equipped and the dining areas comfortable.

Housekeeping & Maintenance Needs Improvemen

Guests reported a number of complaints about improperly cleaned rooms, mould on bathroom walls and fixtures and stained and dirty carpets and upholstery. There were also reports of non functioning electrical appliances, chipped and broken floor tiles and loose or hanging towel racks.

Security Deposit Issues With Poor Customer Service

By far, the chief complaint about these apartments involved booking related problems such as guests assigned apartments that were different to  the ones initially selected. There were also numerous complaints about delays or difficulties with refunding security deposits and difficulty reaching management to resolve problems. These and similar issues prompted many guests to warn prospective guests not to book accommodations at this establishment.

Punitive Fines

Fines are imposed for infractions such as failure to check in between specified times, improper disposal of trash and key replacement. Many guests described the fines as punitive and found the whole system inhospitable. Some said this less than customer friendly approach would make them unlikely to stay again or to recommend the apartments to others.
