The comforts of home...

Most guests describe the rooms as spacious and well equipped, with all the appliances you might need in the kitchen as well as a washer/dryer. Several guests comment on the nice view of Olympic Park. Guests who stay in the two-bedroom apartments often remark that they are a good size, and that the en suite in addition to the full-sized bathroom is a big plus. Guests often comment that the apartments offer "good value for money".

Well connected location...

Guests note that the Stratford Station is close by, which allows them to reach pretty well any destination in London by bus, tram, or tube. The Westfield Shopping Centre and Olympic Park are both within about five minutes on foot, and guests also note that there are many supermarkets and cafes within easy walking distance as well.

Friendly, helpful staff.

Guests have given the front desk staff high marks for personable and professional customer service, noting that they address any maintenance concerns promptly, and happily "go above and beyond."

Negative Reviews

On the wrong side of the tracks...

Guests in rooms closest to the nearby train tracks were disturbed by the noise. While the gated entry to the building made some guests feel safe, it just made others wonder about the neighbourhood, which was recently rejuvenated with the investment in Olympic Park.

Pricey extras...

Several guests were irritated by the additional charge for the sofa bed, which most do not find very comfortable. Others were displeased with the charge for parking.

Don't show up too early...

Some guests were unpleasantly surprised by the extra charge for checking in early, while others found the security deposit to be unusually high. Several guests commented that the reception area fills up quickly when there is a queue.
