Positive Reviews

An Amazing Value for the Money.

Considering the very central location, guests were usually very impressed by the low rates at this property. When you need something that's well located and able to fit a limited budget, this property will help you have more money left over to discover London.

Very Good Breakfast Offerings.

Guests were often pleasantly surprised at what's available for the included breakfast. It's a canteen-like setting where you can choose six items, and then enjoy as much toast and hot beverages as you'd like. Keep in mind though, you can only go through the queue once. Some guests felt that detail wasn't adequately explained.

Pleasant, Friendly Staff.

You can expect the staff members here to have welcoming attitudes and be willing to help. Many guests said this good demeanor was a highlight of their stays and made them want to come back during future trips to London.

Negative Reviews

No En Suite Facilities.

Some guests were disappointed that all the bathroom facilities are shared. However, there is a hand basin in each room, and guests usually didn't have to wait very long to use the toilets or showers. If you are not used to sharing bathrooms when travelling, this isn't an ideal property.

The Rooms Are Very Basic.

For most of the year, these rooms are student accommodations. Even when they were aware of that in advance, some guests felt the rooms are lacking in amenities. Occasionally, guests said these accommodations are just good to use as a base for sleeping.

Minor Noise Issues.

Guests commented that the entrance doors for the accommodations are very noisy when they are shut and locked. Some other guests were slightly disturbed by street noise outside. Keep these things in mind if you are a light sleeper.
