You get good value for money at the hotel

At the end of their stay, many guests felt that they had received good value for the money they had spent at the hotel. The services are well priced and the members of staff are exceptionally well trained. The continental buffet breakfast provided was also a plus to many guests.

Very warm, polite and helpful staff members

The hotel's employees strive give each guest VIP treatment. They are well trained and do not hesitate to offer you assistance when requested to do so. Their attitude is very positive and makes for a relaxing stay at the hotel.

Location close to public transport and amenities

The hotel is situated in London and is close to popular attractions such as the Euston Station and Royal Albert Hall all within reach. There are very many restaurants, pubs and shops in the area. The area surrounding the hotel is clean and safe.

Negative Reviews

Housekeeping was lacking and not very thorough

A number of guests have raised issue regarding the cleanliness of their rooms. A few bathrooms, sinks and toilets have been found dirty on several occasions by guests who had just checked in.

Weak Wi-Fi connection in most of the rooms

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi but the speed is too slow especially if you want to do some heavy browsing or stream videos. Some guests did not get any Wi-Fi signal at all in their rooms during their stay here.

Malfunctioning air conditioning in some rooms

The air conditioning appears to be faulty in some rooms. Guests have complained that at times the room becomes warmer and at times too cold and adjusting the air conditioner doesn't seem to make any difference. Some wished the temperature stayed constant.
