Dirty, Smelly Rooms

A lot of guests felt let down by the hotel’s dirty rooms with worn out carpet, small sinks and rusty pipes.

Located next to the trainline, the tube runs late and thin walls don’t block the noise making it difficult to get to bed Similarly internal noise from neighbouring guests, and doors closing in the corridor come through the walls Invest in earplugs.

Shared Bathrooms

While the hotel’s website makes it clear the bathrooms and toilets are shared, some guests were still put off by this, and were disappointed by the dirtiness of the facilities.

Weak Wi-Fi

While Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, it can be weak beyond the second floor, according to guests.
