Pleasant staff members

Negative Reviews

Room for improvement in bathrooms

Judging by reviews, bathrooms at the hotel can do with a little extra attention. Guests complain about poor conditions stemming from the build up of mould on the ceilings, and the fact that the floor is slippery too. They mention that there are no handrails available for them to hold on to either, which adds to their concern about the slippery floors.

Not very good soundproofing

Travellers report a fair amount of noise that comes from within the hotel, from slamming doors to noisy hallways during the day and night. They also add that when the windows are open, the noise from the busy road adds to the issue.

Can be cleaner

Guest reviews are clear on the fact that the rooms and public spaces of the hotel could benefit from some close attention when it comes to cleaning. They complain about dirty walls and tatty curtains in the rooms, and mention that the elevators can also do with a thorough clean too.
