About The View Guest House

Found at the base of The Great Orme, just a couple of minutes’ walk away from the Llandudno Pier, The View Guest House offers a fantastic outlook: over the Victorian town of Llandudno, across Llandudno Bay and out towards the heights of Snowdonia. This 4-star guest house is a Grade-II Victorian villa with luxurious amenities and cooked breakfasts are served every morning — and even on the terrace in good weather.

Rooms come with either sea or street views, tea and coffee-making facilities, Freeview TV, an en-suite bathroom with shower or bathtub and at least one armchair.

Guests can enjoy the views from the shared lounge; baggage storage, ironing facilities and a lift are available; and this guest house is non-smoking throughout.

Packed lunches are available on request, there is an honesty-based bar, and a supermarket and restaurants are a five-minute walk away.

The View Guest House is a ten-minute walk away from downtown Llandudno.

Positive Reviews

Warm welcome and service from a lovely couple

The couple proprietors of this hotel were said to be absolutely lovely, providing attentive service, a warm welcome, handy local knowledge and the feeling that they were very happy to take care of any wishes guests may have had. Moreover, this reportedly created a relaxed atmosphere, and people enjoyed the concept of the trust bar, which relied on the honesty of those staying.

Wonderful Llandudno views and location

Guests thought the views out over the town and Llandudno bay to be wonderful, although do be aware that not all rooms do face outwards, so you have to book with this in mind or simply enjoy the landscape from the common areas. Should you actually feel like leaving your room, then it appears that this guest house is just a short walk away from Llandudno's Victorian promenade and beaches, the dining of downtown, the Pier, Great Orme and also a short drive away from Snowdonia.

Room attention to detail great, breakfasts tasty

Reviews show that the rooms on offer here display great attention to detail, including little treats, complimentary toiletries and plenty of hot drink supplies, luxuriously comfy beds and a very good standard of cleanliness. Moreover, the cooked breakfasts here were thought to be delicious and were preceded by a wide range of continental starters.
