Positive Reviews

Excellent location

The location of this Llandudno guesthouse has proved popular, with many guests considering this property as offering a prime setting. Shopping and dining, as well as local attractions, are within easy reach and many are within walking distance of the property.

Friendly and helpful hosts

This guesthouse has changed hands in the last few years after the previous owners were at the helm for 30 years. This changeover doesn't appear to have had any negative effect on the standard of service here. Guests have found the new owners friendly and happy to help with everything from carrying luggage to offering local area tips.

Great breakfast

The breakfast here consistently attracts great feedback. Guests have appreciated the choice and quality of dishes available, also mentioning that the portion size is generous. Guests who opted to enjoy an evening meal were also pleased with the selection and cost of dishes.

Negative Reviews

Some rooms are a little dated

While much of the feedback concerning the standard of accommodation here is positive, guests have occasionally described some of the rooms here as dated in appearance. A renovation program does appear to be underway but there does seem to be a chance that you will be allocated an older room.

Stairs can be a problem

Guests note that this property has a fair amount of stairs. Guests have reported having to climb anything up to six sets to reach their room. This has been a challenge for older or less mobile guests.

No downstairs bathroom

Guests report that this property does not have a downstairs bathroom. This is a minor point perhaps but does mean that if you are relaxing in the lounge and need to use the bathroom, you will need to trek back up to your room.
