Some maintenance is needed.

As with any structure, upkeep is important. Maintenance at Colebrooke House takes time as a smaller team manages it, and some areas need some attention. Light sleepers may find themselves awakened by one of the room’s radiators that let’s out a noise ever

Groups of 4 or 5 males not accepted.

As with any accommodation, their right to reserve service, and to stipulate any conditions, is entirely at their own discretion. One rule enforced is that a group of four or five males travelling together will not be allowed to be booked into Colebrooke H

Don’t arrive out of check-in times.

Any guests travelling to Colebrooke House will find that if they arrive in the early hours of the morning for check-in, no one will be around to let them in. Unfortunately, as the staff and owner would have left for the evening, unless a prior arrangement
