Shiado Hostel

Central, safe and relaxing, Shiado Hostel is located in the Chiado area's heart, the cultural soul of Lisbon, a step away from the São Carlos Opera, the Chiado Museum, the headquarters of Companhia Nacional de Bailado and the Academy of Fine Arts, 2 minutes walking from Baixa-Chiado underground station.

Open in March 2009 and decorated by artists and friends, it's the ideal starting point to fall in love with Lisbon: everything is near. In the hostel you will find comfort, cleanliness, safety and a staff always available to advise you on places to visit, night bars or restaurants.

There is a guest kitchen, free internet and wi-fi, cable tv, dvd's and all shared rooms have lockers to keep your personal affairs safe.

Our main worry is to guarantee tranquillity to our guests while in the hostel but, for those who prefer to dive into Lisbon's night, just a few steps away you will find the electric Bairro Alto's atmosphere!
