Positive Reviews

Central Lisbon Location Easy for Travel

Guests rave about the central location for Lisbon. Located near popular tourist districts Rossio Square and the Chiado District, you will have access to plenty of shops and restaurants. With easy access to the metro and ferry stations nearby, getting around the city is a breeze. The airport bus stop is just around the corner making this hotel the perfect place to stay for travellers.

Outstanding Guest Service

The hosts of this guesthouse are kind and welcoming, and they will help you carry your luggage up to your rooms. They speak English well and can provide excellent assistance in guiding you throughout the city.

Basic Rooms Provide Place to Rest your Head

These basic accommodations are perfect for the young or solo traveller. With clean rooms and a well-looked after shared bathroom, rooms are sufficient for a nice place to lay your head at night when visiting Lisbon.

Negative Reviews

Large Facility Presents Navigational Issues

This hotel facility is quite large, with at least six floors. However, there are no lifts at all, so navigating the steep stairs can be rather problematic, especially for guests with any kind of mobility issues.

Rooms Tend to the Warm Side

Be aware that rooms do not include air conditioning and they can become quite hot in the summertime. While a fan is provided, guests say it does not adequately cool the room.

Traffic and Other Noise are Disturbing

This hotel can be quite noisy at times due to loud guests and other factors. If you are staying in a ground floor room near reception, you're likely to hear the comings and goings of all the other guests as they check in and check out. Rooms that face the street are likely to hear a lot of street noise. You may want to bring a pair of earplugs.
