Positive Reviews

Extremely friendly hosts

The hosts live right next door to the hostel and are usually on site to provide service. Guests say the hosts go out of their way to assist everyone and provide them with everything needed to enjoy their holidays. Travellers report the hosts offering them rides and providing food in the morning as well.

Clean, comfortable house

This isn't a hotel, but rather a house in a residential neighbourhood. Visitors report feeling right at home at the property because of how clean and comfortable everything is kept.

Fully equipped kitchen

There is a shared kitchen that travellers can access throughout their time at the hostel. Visitors appreciate the kitchen, saying it provides everything necessary to prepare meals.

Negative Reviews

Far from town

Visitors complain about the hostel being too far from Limerick city. While there is public transportation in the area, travellers report it being limited and mention it is a very long walk into town. Therefore, guests say a vehicle is needed to get the most out of the property.

Poor soundproofing

Rooms aren't well soundproofed, according to travellers, making it hard to sleep late into the morning. Guests say once people in other rooms start getting up in the morning, it becomes impossible to sleep.

Difficult to find

Since the hostel sits in a residential area and many of the homes look the same, visitors report having difficulty finding the property. Guests say the building isn't well marked since it is a guesthouse rather than a traditional hostel.
