The hotel's conference facility is excellence From the amble parking facilities to the impressive mass catering with a wide range of well cooked gourmet foods Refreshing hot and cold beverages are also available throughout the day The conference room itself is bright, airy, exceptionally clean and well equipt with modern facilities and technologies.

Truly gourmet dining experience!

Superb meals are prepared my the hotel's excellent chefs and kitchen staff There is a large variety in dishes served and the service is very efficient and timely Chefs have even catered to special request (such as custom vegetarian dishes) Guest can take time in truly enjoying their meal accompanied by a a selections of wines available, and not feel rushed to finish The hotel's high quality breakfast, lunch and dinner meals are truly one of the highlights of the stay.

The spectacular sixteen acres of uninterrupted Warwickshire countryside, is complimented by and equally beautiful hotel interior and exterior The hotel rooms are refined, spacious and clean - as are the en-suite bathrooms The hotel's facilities ensure that guest have access to anything they might need during their stay, such as the fitness gym, sauna, jacuzzi or games room.

The hotel staff are equally welcoming and friendly as they are efficient The staff will go out of their way to ensure guest comfort and happiness during the visit The staff is professional and competent without being intrusive.

Negative Reviews

Unwelcoming beds

At first glance the beds appear quite unwelcoming Springs can be felt through some of the mattresses and others are hard A further disappointment is the hard, flat pillows and dirty sheets with hair on them Some mattress covers had not been properly prepared, and wrinkles were visible On top of this, the bedsheets were not the right size for the bed, which can make sleeping on then unpleasant as they easily slide of the mattress.

Slow responses

Many guests have expressed a disappointment at the slow responses to queries or complaints The phones were not answered and voice messages never received responses Issues with room and bed cleanliness are inadequately resolved, as are the cases with noisy air-conditioning or windows that do not open Meal time problems that are relayed to the chef or manager at the time are also left unresolved, and leave guests feeling unheard and not prioritized The overall management of the establishment is poor.

No hot water

On an occasion, there was no hot water in the evening, and this had not been resolved by the next morning This was the case throughout the specific wing of the hotel Although hotel management was aware of this, they failed to inform guest while checking in.
