Positive Reviews

Perfect spot for three main visitor hotspots.

Globus is located very close to Krakow’s main market square, the historical Jewish district of Kazimierz, the former Royal residence of Wawel Castle and all public transport options, so you will very much be in easy walking distance of everything.

Exceptional customer service.

You will find the staff members to be very friendly, polite and tending go out of their way to help, not to mention having great English and handy local knowledge for anything you need to know, visit or eat.

Eating and drinking comes recommended.

If you are a fan of continental breakfasts, then the wide-ranging and plentiful breakfast buffet will be right up your alley and the cosy bar in basement was also a popular haunt for visitors.

Negative Reviews

Lack of air conditioning and elevator.

A few guests would have liked to have been able to use an elevator at Globus, and likewise, a handful were disappointed to find that not all of the rooms come with air conditioning, meaning the rooms can get a little stuffy in summer.

Street noise to watch out for.

Although convenient, the trams which run outside cause a fair amount of noise and in addition to other street noise, some found it cause some sleep disruption, so take ear plugs.
