Prices are a bit too high

Some of the past guests at Bunga Raya Island Resort & Spa did not enjoy their stay to the fullest as they felt the prices are a bit too high and its amenities are over-expensive. Guests have reported of huge charges for basic cocktails and appetisers.

No special dietary requirement food

The hotel's on-site restaurants offer various cuisine but some of the guests have felt the need of extending the menu. There are limited choices for vegans, vegetarians and people who have gluten intolerance. Guests have not been able to eat because their dietary requirement weren't met.

Outdated furniture with tired décor

Past visitors have felt that the resort is in need of renovation because of outdated furniture and tired decor. The hotel has been there for a while however due to its age rooms have started to look old and outdated to some of the past guests. Renovations have already been started.
