Casa Cook’s location is a 90-room hotel located in Kolymbia on the mighty Greek island of Rhodes. The boutique hotel lies just minutes from the sparkling Aegean Sea and brings together a modern take on traditional Greek architecture with a warm, bohemian style. Each of our rooms opens out onto a long, turquoise blue swim-up pool. The heart of the hotel is the restaurant with a day-to-night kitchen and the bar + pool area — where we come together over chill beats, tasty drinks, sunshine and super good food. Our gym and yoga offerings are there to make your body and mind shine bright.
