Parkland 2 is a detached cottage and is just a 10 minute walk from Killarney and its amenities and it can sleep six people. The cottage is one of a group of two properties (sleeping 12) and has a ground floor double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms, a ground floor basin and WC, a bathroom, a separate basin and WC and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area (seats 5) with an electric fire. Outside there is on road parking outside the cottage and a lawned garden to the front and rear. Parkland 2 is a great base for touring this wonderful area in Ireland. Amenities: Electric central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Free-to-air channels, DVD, WiFi. Electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Roadside parking. Lawned garden to front and rear with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk.
