Issues with Wi-Fi.

Guests who wanted to connect to the Internet from their rooms were disappointed to find that the Wi-Fi signal was rather weak and intermittent and therefore had to take their devices closer to the lobby where the signal was said to be better.

Some rooms starting to show their age.

Those who stayed in the older part of the building mentioned that the decor in their rooms was looking rather tired with peeling wallpaper, dated furniture and worn upholstery.

Some guests said that they were disappointed to find a lack of tea and coffee making facilities in their rooms as well as televisions with satellite channels as opposed to ones with only three to four terrestrial channels.
