Positive Reviews

Unbelievably Friendly Staff

The gracious hospitality by the owners and staff definitely did not go unnoticed by the guests here. People have remarked that it’s really the employees who make the inn such a special place, and that everyone who works there is unbelievably friendly, thoughtful and kind, and their stellar service contributed to a delightful and memorable stay.

Prime Location

Situated right on Duval Street, the inn is at the centre of it all. Guests loved the central location near shops, restaurants and bars. Plus, they could easily walk to The Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum.

Lovely Breakfast Experience

People loved the tasty breakfast at this place. Specifically, they commented on the nice selection of pastries and fresh fruit, and that you could enjoy the meal on the porch, which is ideal for people-watching.

Negative Reviews

Hard Mattresses

If you’re not a fan of firm mattresses, then you might not like the beds at this property. People who have stayed here said that the mattresses were too hard for their liking. So if you like soft beds, keep this in mind.

Spotty Wi-Fi

Travellers who needed to stay connected did not like that the Wi-Fi service was quite spotty and cut in and out.

No Parking

Perhaps the biggest gripe guests had about this inn is that it has no parking, and there isn’t really anything nearby either. People have remarked that they had to keep their car in a city lot blocks away, or that it took them a while to find a spot.
