First class staff

The staff are very friendly and offer a top quality service with a smile. Several guests have mentioned the pool and front desk staff as being particularly good as well as having excellent English. Any issues are sorted swiftly and professionally, nothing is too much trouble and they are always looking for ways to improve your stay.

Clean, modern rooms

Guests love the beds here, they are large and extremely comfortable. The rooms are said to be well-kept and maintained with stylish and elegant décor. Guests appreciate the in room facilities like the large flat screen TVs and olittle touches such as the cookies on arrival.

Excellent facilities

Guests are impressed by the facilities on offer especially the clean, well-sized pool and the beautiful spa where you'll find saunas and a variety of treatments. All in all this is a great choice for those travelling for business or leisure.

Further afield than always convenient

The most common issue with this hotel is the location. Although they runa shuttle to Taksim Square many guests feel that it is too far to walk and would rather take a taxi which add to the cost of your stay.
