Negative Reviews

There is Little Privacy at Anglesey Outdoors

The lodge is more like a hostel than a hotel and guests reported that everything is shared with other guests including guest rooms, bathrooms and the kitchen.

Guest Rooms are Uncomfortable

Guests have reported that the rooms tend to get too hot and stuffy which makes it difficult to sleep. Also reported was tattered and old furnishings, uncomfortable beds, a damp smell and showers with very little water pressure.

Some Staff Members are Rude

Guests have reported that some staff members are unfriendly and like to argue with guests when there is an issue rather than accommodate them. Some guests have said that there were mix-ups with rooms and instead of providing guests with the room they booked or giving them a discount for their troubles, they put them in whatever room was available and charged them full price.
