Mountain Jade Backpackers Hostel is situated on the main street, right in the middle of Hokitika. Opposite is the Hokitika I Site and City Link bus stop with the local beach, a short 5 min walk away. Various restaurants, takeaways and a 50 m covered and heated pool 1 min walk away. We have a large comfy lounge, perfect if you're waiting for a bus. Free hi speed Wi Fi is available. We hire mountain bikes, perfect for a ride to the Hokitika Gorge and local lakes.
We also have self contained family rooms, which are located 30 meters from the main building. There is free customer car parking when available and convenient side street parking if full.
