Lovely staff.

The owners of this hitel are very warm and welcoming, they make you feel at hoe from the moment you arrive. They will go out of their way to make sure that you have everything that you may need and they have a great knowledge of the surrounding are and its history.

Good location.

The Harrow on the Hill area is full of history and makes for an interesting walk through the area, it is also a quiet neighbourhood with little noise from passing pedestrians or traffic. The hotel is relatively close to the train station and so it is quite easy to get into the London city centre.

Fantastic restaurant.

The Old Etonian Hotel has a restaurant alongside it and it is owned by the same people. The menu is wide and offers a great selection of international cuisines. The produce used is fresh and tasty and the service is good. The staff are very friendly and they make sure to prepare your meal exactly as you want it.

Negative Reviews

Limited parking.

The hotel only offers about three parking spots. If you are unlucky and do not get one of these parking spot you will have to drive around until you find one and then walk all the way back to the hotel.

Small rooms.

Some guests have reported that their rooms were much smaller than what they were led to believe. The shower were quite small and the rooms felt very cramped.

No cooked breakfast.

Although the hotel owners also run a restaurant, they do not offer you a cooked breakfast in the morning. You have to find another restaurant in the area or eat the small selection of pastries, cereal or cheeses on offer.
