Slow elevators

Guests have complained about there frequently being long waits for the elevators. These guests feel as though the elevators are quite slow and that a property of this size should have additional elevators available to accommodate everyone.

Pool is too small

Multiple guests have complained about the size of the pool at this hotel. Although pictures of the property show a large pool, the facility is actually quite small in person and there isn't enough room to accommodate much more than a few adults.

Poor parking facilities

There have been complaints about the parking lot not being very well set up at this hotel. This lot is quite tight and guests have said that getting in and out can be very difficult, even for those with small vehicles.
