Geoghegan's public house first opened its doors in 1847 during the Great Irish Famine and has been in the same family for the majority of 170 years. The B&B has also recently been added and provides a friendly and welcoming service.
Located 45 minutes from Shannon airport, Killarney and Dingle it's a perfect stop off.
The Village offers beautiful views of the river Shannon and countryside. There is also a castle which has been the ancestral home of the Fitzgerald clan for over 700 years. The castle is surrounded by some 380 acres and is positioned overlooking the Shannon Estuary.
