Barone Liberty

In Gallipoli, the Barone Liberty B & B dates from the first of half of the 20th century, characterized by enthusiasm for the style later called "Eclecticism" which has given its name to so much of Salento aristocratic houses of great value, like those of the "Dine Nardo" or the "Marina di Leuca." Recently the building has been the subject of a substantial renovation and restoration, which allowed its proper utilisation by creating new spaces and services. The property is located in Gallipoli in a very central location, at the corner of two streets, very close to Corso Roma, the main shopping street of Gallipoli, a few meters from the seafront sirocco. It is equipped with spacious rooms, with various types of characteristics of Apulian architecture, decorated with murals representing views of the city and the monuments of Gallipoli, or elegant classical and mythological depictions. The restructuring has allowed the allocation of a large number of guests large rooms, fitted with contemporary furnishings did allow a correct reading of the integration of the times and the evolution of taste.
