Positive Reviews

Idyllic rural location

The B&B's location was by far what guest's most appreciated about Dromard House. Not only is the general area of the Fermanagh Lakes described as very scenic, but the immediate farm that the B&B is on became something like a rural idyll to many guests, who described it as incredibly beautiful and peaceful.

Friendly and welcoming host

The host, Sharon, came in for consistent praise from guests. She was described as very welcoming and caring, and always ready to offer guests local information or a helping hand.

Lovely spacious rooms

Many guests were pleased to find that they weren't stuck in a tiny room barely able to hold the bed. The rooms are described as extra-spacious, with both couples and families being more than happy with the size.

Negative Reviews

Rooms not soundproof

It is very difficult to find negative reviews of Dromard House. Most guests have only the best things to say about their stay there. While not often mentioned, the only substantial complaint was that the walls between the rooms were a bit thin, so if your neighbours made a racket it could disturb your sleep.

No visitors lounge

It was mentioned that there was no visitors lounge at the B&B, so nowhere indoors, other than your room, to just sit back and relax.

Really need a car for the best experience

It was mentioned that guests arriving without a car, or at last a bicycle, may feel a bit isolated since Enniskillen is a bit further than most would consider a comfortable walk.
