Guests find a pleasant homely feeling in Vault Karaköy. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and up-to-date. They say that the staff was very welcoming and had a very helpful and friendly approach. They could speak fluent English.

The hotel has refined marble bathrooms with rain showers; all of them have striking green Carrara marble plus a rich array of toiletries as well as bathrobes and slippers, which found favour with most guests.

Vault Karaköy - The House Hotel enjoys a perfect central location in the heart of Karakoy according to the guests. They say that the hotel is in close proximity to the Karaköy Metro station and so it's only a few minutes' walk to Topkapi Palace, Haga Sophia, Great Bazar and Galata Towers.

Rooms pre-booked from sites are not available upon arrival at the hotel. Guests say they were given rooms of different category, contradicting their preference.

Many guests found Vault Karaköy - The House Hotel overpriced and not value for money. They said that the hotel lacks common areas and restaurant choices considering the high prices charged. Plus, the bathrooms lack bath tubs and there's no swimming pool.

Guests find the lighting system at the hotel very complex. The bathroom lights can be turned on with switches that are deep inside the bathroom. While trying to switch them off it's impossible to know which other lights are also turned off. Guests also said the lighting in the rooms is pretty dim.
