The Ashton Park Hotel is a family-run three star hotel that has 53 rooms and is located at Lytham, St Annes. The hotel overlooks the very famous Ashton Gardens. All the rooms are furnished traditionally with a television, tea/coffee making facilities and iron with ironing board. An en suite bathroom has shower and hair dryer. Parking and Wi-Fi are complimentary. There is a lift to all floors, ballroom, snooker room, TV lounge, bar and a conservatory lounge. An indoor pool, hot tub, spa bath, steam room and fitness center are also present. Pets are allowed. Onsite gift shop and laundry services are provided. Onsite restaurant caters to all the three meals with authentic British dishes. Special Diet Menus for Vegans, Gluten free and diabetics is available on request. The Ashton Park Hotel is ten minutes’ drive from Blackpool, and St Piers are close by.

Guests loved the fact that the hotel was at a walkable distance from beaches, shopping centres and other areas of tourist attraction. The area of Blackpool with gardens was loved by the guests. Convenience of elevators to all the floors was a huge advantage to all the guests, especially the ones staying on top floors.
Most of the guests felt that having a pool, hot tub, steam room and spa bath were an added bonus to their stay. All these facilities were clean and well maintained. The helpful and polite nature of the staff was much appreciated by the guests. Their welcoming smile and warm gestures made the guests feel at ease.
There was adequate parking space and guests didn't have to hunt down for another parking place. All the meals had a good spread and were very well presented. Continental breakfast included bacons and sausages. Evening meals had a different selection of main course meals every day.
Although, the rooms were spacious, they had a little tired and worn down look. Some of the guests were disappointed to see the rooms covered in dust. Headboard and cabinets were broken in one of the rooms. Furniture looked outdated and needed a good clean.
Guests were very upset with the weak Wi-Fi connection not only in rooms but in the lounge too. Guests on a business trip especially found it difficult to work without good Internet connection.
Few guests felt that the bar services were way too slow, and that caused many waiting guests to go to some other place to enjoy their drink.
