It's hard to get sleep at this hotel due to the noise both around and inside the property. This noise comes drunken young people yelling, running in the corridors and slamming doors, loud music in the bar, car and foot traffic on the street and a rooster
Guests reported that the pool area is not well-maintained. The pool is dirty and the area around it is full of old food and cigarette butts that don't get cleaned up for some time. Also reported was a shortage of sun beds.
The guest rooms at Cactus get very hot because the manager wants guests to pay for air conditioning. Once the air conditioning is paid for, guests reported that it doesn't work properly and only cools the main living area of the rooms and not the bedrooms
