Savhotel (Bologna, Italy)

The hotel is newly built and, as such, is fit for purpose. Rooms are spacious and light, the whole premises are clean and modern, the beds are comfortable and bed linen is equally new, and excellent quality.

Regardless of the reason for your visit, you will likely find your destination nearby. The Motorway and International Airport are within easy reach, the Bologna Fair area and Congress Palace are nearby and, while for some the 20-30-minute walk into Bologna City Centre may prove too much, the bus stop operating a regular service is two-minutes away.

Previous guests have been complimentary about the facilities at the hotel; the roof top terrace is a comfortable place to relax at the end of the day, the secure parking is useful (even if you do have to pay for it), the gym is small but well-equipped and the restaurant serves excellent quality food with generous portions.

The fibre-optic Wi-Fi is free and many guests find it to be excellent. Others, however, have noted that it is largely inconsistent, with signal quality decreasing for those guests staying in rooms on higher floors.

If you plan to spend evenings in your room you may wish to bring your entertainment. The rooms do come complete with new LCD TVs, but English-speaking channels are few and far between.

Most previous guests have only good things to say about the hotel, however, some have pointed out a few small additions which, if made, could make a big difference. A pool would be a welcome extra to the leisure facilities and, in rooms, guests would like to see tea and coffee making facilities.
