Guests have rated the service levels at Iberostar Grand Rose Hall as above the best, and feel the staff here really goes above and beyond the call of duty to please every guest. If you need a rose petal bath prepared, all you have to do is ask.
With huts providing plenty of shade, and more than enough chairs for all to enjoy, the beach is ideal to spend the day. If you are up to it, there are activities like volleyball, yoga and arts and craft to take part in or you could even go out in a kayak.
With five on-site restaurants, there will be something for everyone to enjoy. Some guests prefer to make reservations at one of the restaurants, but if you don't you can go to the buffet, where the dishes are mixed up daily to include a host of varieties.
After check-in guests are invited to join the Iberostar Club for an hour, and when they enquire if it's a timeshare, they are told it's not, however, according to guests it is, and they are pretty fed up to have wasted an hour.
