The hotel architecture is beautiful inside and out, everything is grand and opulent. The landscaping in stunning with the rolling laws, many swimming pools and rows of palm trees. The views over the Red Sea are stunning all day long and you cannot beat the sunsets. There is beauty in every direction.
From the moment you arrive at the hotel you feel welcome. The reception staff are friendly and efficient and get you checked in very quickly. The staff members constantly check up on you and make sure that you are comfortable. They will sort out anything that you need in a professional manner.
The huge number of restaurants, bars and lounges at this hotel is fantastic. There is a wide variety of food from many international cuisines. All of the dishes are prepared with fresh and tasty produce. The bars and lounges have a wide selection of delicious snacks and drinks on offer.
People trying to sell you things.
Some guests have reported that there were staff members trying to sell them packages. You may find yourself feeling harassed by the hotel staff as they approach you whilst you are trying to relax by the pool.
Some guests have reported that there are no shuttle services between the hotel and the airport. The only shuttle available is to town in the morning, there are no shuttles in the evening. Guests wanting to enjoy the local nightlife either have to rent the overpriced limousines or stay in as there is no other way to get to town at night.
Poor Wi-Fi signal.
Although most guests enjoyed their stay, some guests have reported that they were unhappy with the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi was either very slow or totally inaccessible.
