Staff at the Residhotel Galerie Tatry were helpful and friendly, almost all guests agreed. They were quick to offer advice, solve a problem or give suggestions about the local area.

Staff at the Residhotel Galerie Tatry were helpful and friendly, almost all guests agreed. They were quick to offer advice, solve a problem or give suggestions about the local area.
Guests appreciated that the rooms and public spaces were clean and tidy on arrival, making them feel welcome from the beginning. For the most part, rooms were free of dust and grime.
While some guests felt the hotel was a little out of the centre of Bordeaux, the majority liked the location and appreciated the easy tram ride to town from the stop across the road.
A number of guests mentioned that the rooms were quite basic in their function and furnishings, with a lack of warmth or style. However almost all guests seemed satisfied with their stay, not expecting more.
The apartments offer self-catering thanks to the kitchenette set up, however a number of guests said there were problems, such as the kitchenette space was too small, there was a lack of equipment or nowhere to eat once prepared.
Despite the hotel stating it had air-conditioning, many guests said their room didn’t have it, and in Summer months, the rooms were overheating.
