Although guests are usually happy enough with the standard of the rooms, they are also fairly vocal about their shortcomings. In addition to no air-con, the lack of a phone, wake-up calls and a mini-fridge are some of the concerns raised by guests.
Since this is an airport hotel, the lack of a shuttle is a little surprising. Admittedly, the hotel is only a ten-minute walk from the airport but this is hardly an enjoyable stroll if you have luggage or young children with you.
