This remote and rugged location is loved by cyclists. Hire bikes from the onsite cycle shop and get travel tips from knowledgeable staff. The unspoilt coastline with its array of private inlets make for an amazing ride, while the azure waters provide the perfect place to cool off.

Visitors are routinely shocked at the flies that plague the property. Sunbathers are constantly swatting away swarms of the little creatures and scooping them from their sugary drinks. The restaurant is even worse affected, with huge numbers of the insects on counters, tables and on the buffet food.

Guests accustomed to all-inclusive holidays are often dismayed at the food and drink here. Watered-down drinks are so bad as to force some to fork out for an enjoyable beverage, while the self-service buffet of bland food inspires guests to forgo their free meal and eat elsewhere.

With only one bar to accommodate all, you will frequently find yourself queuing for upwards of 15 minutes to get a drink. During peak season, guests report standing in the searing sun for an age while one member of staff struggles to serve the thirsty throngs.
