With four restaurants and a 24 hour state-of-the-art fitness centre, there is plenty to enjoy at this city-centre hotel. Both guest rooms and suites are designed with the discerning traveller in mind. Marble bathrooms are standard, as are sofas and large work desks. Suites have a separate living room with a large flat-screen TV. The hotel has a large business centre with A/V capabilities. All guests can make use of tour/ticket assistance, visit the barber shop, and go for a swim in the pool. Cafe 395 serves seasonal offerings in an open kitchen, while Genji serves Japanese food for lunch and dinner. Il Ponte is a classy Italian restaurant, and guests can head to the Oak Room afterwards for a drink. Finally, Taipan serves up Cantonese fare for lunch and dinner. Millennium Seoul Hotel sits about 500 metres away from Yejang-Dong Park and the Seoul train station.

From the moment you check in, you will recognise how important customer service is to the staff at this hotel. Guests found the check-in procedure to be effortless, the front desk staff were informative, professional and friendly, and prepared to assist with tour and ticket information with ease.
With the large Noon Square less than a mile from the hotel, and close proximity to the train station, guests said they loved the freedom to come and go as they pleased. For those everyday items, it's only a short walk to Namdaemun and Meyong Dong shopping streets.
If you have access to the executive lounge, then you won't even get the chance to carry your own bags. Breakfast is on the house, there are as many snacks and beverages available as you need, and may almost feel a little guilty for being treated so specially.
If you are planning to enjoy a daily breakfast at the hotel each morning, then guests warned that it is rather expensive, and the dishes lack variety. Luckily there are many charming eateries nearby that offer varied meals every day.
Most visitors were quite surprised to find that Wi-Fi was not one of the freebies that comes with the room. You will get the first 30 minutes free, and then it accumulated to your room rate. Several guests were in for a nasty surprise at the end of their stay.
