A significant number of travellers have been pleasantly surprised by the size of the guest rooms here. Though by no means large, the accommodations apparently afford considerably more space than you'd expect from a three-star Japanese business hotel.
Being just five minutes' walk from Shin Osaka station means this property makes a great base for anyone who's looking to travel around the Kansai area via JR rail, and/or catching a Shinkansen bullet train on the Tokaido Line. Many guests also appreciated
Numerous visitors have fallen in love with the delightful city views on hand from the hotel's uppermost floors. Many guests said the sweeping vistas were worth paying a little extra for.
The vast majority of travellers who've stayed here have said the property as a whole looks and feels like it hasn't changed that much since its late 1970s/early 1980s heyday.
It is fair to say very few Western guests have found the beds here overly comfortable. Most agreed that the combination of hard pillows and solid mattresses is an acquired taste.
A great many visitors have been disappointed by the abrupt, stand–offish and sometimes even unhelpful attitude of some staff members. The general absence of English-speaking skills didn't go downwell either.
