Pulai Springs Resort boasts three large swimming pools with slides, which most guests appreciated. It is perfect for families with young children for the reason that the kids can enjoy the spacious kiddie pool. Meanwhile, adults can also relax using the adult pool that offers a relaxing view of the area.
Aside from the relaxing spa centre provided for the guests, there are also other fun activities available on-site such as billiard area, tennis courts, and a cinema. In addition, guests also love the snooker room which is perfect for large families or company team buildings.
Most guests enjoyed the typical Malaysian breakfast served such as the Nasi Lemak, omelettes, Mee Goreng Mamak, and cereals. Although some guests considered the meals very standard, they also added that all dishes are very satisfying and sufficient to keep you energised all day.
Most of the negative reviews were focused on the extremely disappointing housekeeping service of the resort. Housekeeper's response time was very slow which shows that they were not that concerned with the needs of the guests such as requests for towels and other room equipment.
Guests were disappointed with the in-room light, door, toilet, and sink being broken. Some of the room facilities such as water heater and card reader were also not working. Moreover, the air conditioning system needs to be fixed while the cabinets and floors need to be replaced.
Some guests are quite displeased with the resort's location due to the lack of available establishments or nearby shops within the area. Guests also had to take a cab instead of walking in order to reach the major tourists destinations or restaurants.
