Past guests have had a pleasant stay because of the awesome level of service offered by the staff of this resort. From front desk to restaurant staff, the staff members are willing to go out of the way to make guests feel welcomed.

The spacious room, comfortable bed and luxurious bedding, all add up to the value of guest rooms at this hotel. Past guests have mentioned that their room became a home away from home and they enjoyed every part of their stay.

The four outdoor pools are one of the highlights at this property. Some of the guests have felt that there aren't enough sun beds beside the pool. People when on a holiday like to relax by the pool but you might have to wait to get a sun bed.

Some of the past guests did not have a pleasing experience while Check-in and check-out as they had to wait longer than their usual expectation. As suggested by few of the past guests, this has been a bit tiresome for them.

Though most of the guests had an enjoyable stay, some have felt that Hotel Bahía Princess is not worth the price they paid. Expensive food, paid Wi-Fi, refrigerator, safe and all other basic amenities, have made guests feel that the hotel does not meet the standards when compared to the services.
