The entertainment staff is brilliant
If you have children, the entertainment staff are a blessing. They are always enthusiastic and have a way with little ones. If you are an adult, the entertainment staff is very friendly, professional and above all, entertaining.

Negative Reviews
negative:
The entertainment is too loud at night
If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, you may find it a bit of a nuisance that the hotel has entertainment going on until late at night. Although, most guests loved having a full day of activities.
negative:
Very German-themed
While the customers have nothing against Germans, they were left feeling that they wished the hotel had a more Spanish theme and less of a German one. Some claim that the entertainment and food are more geared to a German audience. However, most clients, that are not German, loved their experience at the hotel.
negative:
Need more sunbeds
Comments have been made over the shortage of sun beds. Unless you'd like to get up a bit earlier, you might notice that when you get to the sun bed area that you may have to compete for a spot.
