The staff have been praised for being friendly and helpful. They are really good with children and very sociable. Despite the late arrival by some guests and the imminent closure of the restaurant the staff still took orders and made them feel welcome.
Lots of pools.
There are lots of pools available and there is always loads of space. If you don’t want the hustle and bustle of the main pool then there are plenty of smaller pools furthermore there are always enough sun loungers free so there is no need to be up at the crack of dawn to reserve them with a towel.
Ample room and all that you need.
The accommodation has ample room and everything that you need. Some guests have said that they were lucky enough to get a free upgrade from a suite to a townhouse which has even more room.
Whereas the majority of guests were very impressed with staff some had a bad experience where they were accused of being too noisy when only moving some chairs and that complaints had been made from the room below. They added that they were even threatened with the police and understandably they were quite unhappy with this.
The food can be quite bland and uninspiring furthermore the restaurants are often quite empty of guests which means that when you are eating there is no atmosphere and real ambience.
No shop on site.
There isn’t a shop on site which some guests would have liked so they could purchase tea, coffee and milk, but there is one off site a few minutes away.
