Efficient and Friendly Staff.
Most guests experienced the staff members greet them with a big smile which made an impression on their stay. Their need were met well and they were accommodated with high class. Some of the staff members were mentioned by name and were complimented on their customer service.
Free Shuttle Service to Havanah.
Most guests appreciated the free shuttle service the hotel provided to Havanah’s city centre. When a hotel provides an important service to a popular destination, it makes guests happy to stay there. Transportation to a nearby city is important to most guests.
Wi-Fi not Free.
The Internet service from the hotel is not a free service and some guests were disappointed with the high rate per hour. They mentioned better options nearby but others mentioned having a high speed connection to be a near miracle in the country. The hotel offers this service but at a high price for some guests.
Food Served not Great.
Some guests complained the food that was served in the hotel was not very tasty and in fact tasted of nothing. The service was also described as slow and on the verge of disrespectful. The dinner buffet was enough for some guests to not come near it just by its looks.
Inexperienced Staff Service.
Some guests complained the hotel’s staff members do not seem to know what true customer is about because most sections did not try their best to make the guest feel at home. Security did not resolve the stealing issues of guests and front desk was too indifferent to greeting guests.
