Many guest rooms feature stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean that will form part of the beautiful backdrop of your private room. The floor-to-ceiling height windows offer the best possible view that this location has to offer and with the balconies adjoined to each room, the pleasure of being able to see out is amplified.
The housekeeping staff at Marriott Hilton Head Resort & Spa are well trained in keeping your room clean throughout your stay while respecting your privacy and trying their best to work around your schedule. The public areas are also known to be exceptionally clean.
Although the private rooms can be said to be clean and comfortable, the bathrooms might seem slightly outdated and worn. Guests have complained that some of the fittings in the bathrooms are rusted and in need of replacement, while others suggested that the bathrooms should also go through a renovation.
Even though this hotel provides on-site parking to its guests, there has been a general complaint that the additional fee required to use this facility is overpriced and can make any stay much more expensive. Guests feel as though this hotel should better accommodate guests who are traveling with their own vehicle.
