The awesome pool area at JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa has been liked by past guests. The pool is extremely clean and on top of it is temperature controlled that has primarily attracted the attention of visitors.

Guests have been delighted as they enjoyed variety food at the on-site restaurants. The restaurants offer a wide menu of different cuisines along with good portions of food. The excellent service and reasonable price certainly makes your meal value for money.

The staff at this property has been able to impress all the visitors because of their exceptional level of service. The friendly approach and ability to assist guests properly, has been appreciated. Long time staff members even remember the guest names which delighted visitors.

At JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa, past guests did not have a great experience with their Check-in and check-out procedure as they had to wait longer than their usual expectation. As suggested by few of the past guests, this has been a bit tiresome for them.

Cleanliness and hygiene has been a big concern for all the past visitors. In some instances, guests have found the rooms and bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned with dirty bed covers and towels. The aging furniture has also disappointed guests.

The complimentary Wi-Fi doesn’t seem to work at this property as reported by past guests. Guests have also mentioned that one should not expect good speed with downloads or browsing as internet is pretty slow in guest rooms.
