Being close to downtown Napa, this hotel is close to shopping and entertainment district and thus scores full marks in terms of its location. The hotel also allows easy access to train, buses and private taxis for those who aren't keen on walking.
The staff at this property including reception just adds value to your stay. Excellent level of service from attentive, multi-lingual staff has been well appreciated by past guests. Some of the repeated guests have mentioned that long-time staff members remember their names as well.
As mentioned by past guests, hotel rooms are noisy so you might not get to relax yourself after a tiring day. Guests had to bear constant noise from people next-door and walking in the corridor which resulted in poor sleep.
The pool at Best Western Premier Ivy Napa has not been able to please a lot guests as it is not that big, even the sun lounges are limited. Past guests have mentioned that pool area looks crowded even with little number of people using it.
The bathrooms at this property have had few plumbing issues. In certain instances, some of the past guests have had problems with poor water pressure and temperature. Even the towels and toiletries were not replaced which has annoyed the guests big time.
