Even when guests did not have entirely satisfactory stays, they still usually felt this property provided them with a good value. Many guests specifically said costs were a concern, and felt it would have been hard to find cheaper rooms than what's available here.
Guests were surprised that they did not get disturbed by exterior sounds when staying here. Some said the exterior soundproofing level was not perfect, but that it was a lot better than expected considering the amount of activity that characteristically happened near the hotel.
One of the highlights about this property for many guests was that it was only about a minute's walk from the train station. Therefore, even when guests did not have the convenience that cars provide, they were still able to explore the area easily.
Guests were sometimes embarrassed by the fact the shower opens directly into the main hotel room. They were usually most likely to be embarrassed when staying with young kids, or people they did not know as well as significant others.
Guests varied greatly in their opinions about how they were treated by staff members. Although some said the staff were very friendly, others remarked the staff seemed bothered by being asked questions and were generally cold.
