Although this hotel is eight miles from the airport, the shuttle can get you there in just over ten minutes making this the ideal base for those with early morning flights. The shuttle service is free but isn't 24-hour so check with the hotel.
The staff at this hotel make a real difference to your stay as they are professional and friendly. They can help you out no matter what your problem is and are more than willing to give directions or advice on the local area.
Even when the hotel is full, and a large crowd descends on the breakfast room, you'll find only the best of service. The staff manage wonderfully and more importantly, the food is delicious with plenty of hot and cold items available.
This hotel is starting to show the signs of age, and it seems that the housekeeping and maintenance staff aren't really bothered about the upkeep of the place. Guests found dirty rooms and broken appliances that weren't fixed throughout their stay.
There have been several guests who are members of the Hyatt loyalty program that feel that they were treated unfairly at this hotel. Complaints include no points credited to their accounts and the shuttle service refusing to pick up shortly before the cut off time.
