Guests said that what makes this hotel really stand out, is the attentive hospitality team who showed genuine friendliness on numerous occasions. They really knew how to treat their guests like valued visitors, and many said that it was hard to find an unsmiling staff member.
When guests had their fill of fun in the sun, they said that it was a pleasure to return to bright and comfortable rooms. Top quality mattresses, clean quarters, and lots of storage space, meant that relaxing in the room was almost as good as relaxing by the pool.
Most guests couldn't find a reason to complain about meals served here. While sometimes on the expensive side, food was generally satisfactory, with a large buffet selection that ensured there was something for every palate.
Those who want to avoid the crowds might want to consider a recommendation by guests to skip peak season. As a large resort, Hipotels Gran Conil can have little to offer people looking for peace and quiet. Lots of kids and busy food line-ups could put a damper on things.
Some guests found that the beach was farther away than they wanted. It was also slightly steep on the return journey, and those with kids or beach toys in tow were sometimes inconvenienced.
