The staff is lovely
Professional and helpful, this hotel has a great staff that are on hand to help you with anything you may need throughout your stay in Malta's capital. Guests mention that they received helpful local advice from the team members, which made their stays more enjoyable.
Some rooms can be noisy
If you're a light sleeper you may be disrupted by the noises from other rooms and the lift, which some guests say they can hear. However, it's understood that the management are carrying out work to soundproof noisy rooms and replace the old lift with a new one.
Wi-Fi is frustrating
Unfortunately, a small number of guests have commented that they struggled to use the Wi-Fi, which seems to be accessed through a convoluted log-in process.
Things seem a little small
You may find that the rooms are a little small as a very small number of guests have mentioned they're not as big as they would have liked.
